Sprack (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Sprack mobile application (“App”).
a. Personal Information Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in using Google, we collect your Google account name, email address, and profile picture.
Anonymous Sign-In: You may use the App anonymously, but some features may be limited.
b. Location Information We collect your device’s location to show nearby coffee shops and to help you add new shops based on your location. You may opt out by disabling location access in your device settings.
c. Submitted Content If you submit a coffee shop or report an issue, we collect the shop details or feedback, including optional user attribution.
d. Usage Data We may collect non-personal information such as device type, OS version, and interaction data to improve the App.
We use your information to:
Display and filter coffee shops based on your location.
Allow users to submit, manage, or favorite coffee shops.
Respond to support requests and bug reports.
Improve app functionality and user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
With Firebase and Google services to authenticate users and store data.
If required by law (e.g., in response to a subpoena or legal request).
We use Firebase and Google Cloud’s security measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission or storage method is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Access or delete your data.
Withdraw consent.
Opt-out of data collection (e.g., disable location).
You can request data deletion by using the “Delete Profile Request” button in the Menu.
Sprack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted in the App and take effect when published.
